Delete Your Account

Step-by-step guide

If you wish to delete your Renewa account and all associated data, you can do so directly from the app. Follow the steps below.

How to delete your account

Open the Renewa app on your device.
Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar (the cog icon).
Scroll down to the Account section.
Tap Delete account (shown in red).
A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Delete to confirm.
If prompted, you may need to re-authenticate by logging in again for security purposes. Follow the on-screen instructions and then repeat the deletion steps.

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will remove all your data, including your products, renewal dates, balances, and notification settings.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Your account including your name and email address.
All products you have added, including provider details, balances, interest rates, payment amounts, and renewal dates.
App preferences including theme, currency, and notification settings.
Local security data including your PIN and Face ID settings (cleared from your device).

Your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of deletion. Renewa does not retain any personal data after account deletion.
