By downloading, installing or using the Renewa mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Renewa is a personal finance tracking tool that helps you monitor product renewals, loan repayments, insurance policies, utility contracts and savings. The App provides reminders, calculators and overview dashboards for informational purposes only.
The information provided by Renewa is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions. Calculations, projections and estimates are indicative only and may not reflect your actual financial position.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. We store your data securely using Firebase cloud services. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings screen. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; transmit any harmful code or malware; or use the App in any way that could damage, disable or impair the service.
All content, design, logos and software within the App are owned by or licensed to Renewa and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to notify you of significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renewa and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
