By downloading, installing or using the Renewa mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users worldwide.
Renewa is a personal finance tracking tool that helps you monitor product renewals, loan repayments, insurance policies, utility contracts, vehicle finance and savings across multiple currencies. The App provides reminders, calculators, budget planning tools, pension forecasts and overview dashboards for informational purposes only.
The information provided by Renewa is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice in any jurisdiction. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions. Calculations, projections, balance estimates and reports are indicative only and may not reflect your actual financial position. Tax calculations (including salary, pension and National Insurance) are based on publicly available rates and may not account for your specific circumstances.
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, PIN and biometric access, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the laws of your country of residence.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. We store your data securely using Firebase cloud services. Your data may be stored on servers in the United States and European Union. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings screen. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
The App supports multiple currencies for display purposes. Currency selection affects how amounts are shown but does not convert values between currencies. Provider templates included in the App are primarily sourced from UK financial providers, though the App can be used to track products from any provider in any country. The accuracy of pre-loaded provider information is not guaranteed for providers outside the United Kingdom.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data; transmit any harmful code or malware; use the App to store illegal, fraudulent or misleading information; or use the App in any way that could damage, disable or impair the service.
All content, design, logos, trademarks and software within the App are owned by or licensed to Renewa and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. We will endeavour to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction, Renewa and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from missed renewals, inaccurate calculations, or data loss. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renewa, its developers, officers and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
